PROGRAM LENGTH - 6 weeks
NUMBER OF SESSIONS - 6 sessions, 1 per week
This course is designed for people who have fitness goals that they
want to achieve and are looking for a professional and motivating trainer to work along side them. Fitness to every person means something different, walking for 20 minutes without feeling puffed, jogging 5km or aiming to compete in a triathlon or marathon. Here at Tml Fitness we take each individual and give them a specifically designed programme to work with. A home programme is given to you in addition to your training sessions so even when you are not with your trainer you are still working towards your goal.
