Yummy Mummy Program



PROGRAM AIM – Weight Loss
PROGRAM LENGTH – 4 weeks
NO. OF SESSIONS – 12 sessions, 3 per week

The course is a combination of personal training, pilates and nutrition. During the personal training we work on reducing the body fat, if needed, which has been gained during pregnancy around the vital areas and increasing your fitness levels through cardiovascular exercise so you feel fitter, healthier and gain more energy on a daily basis. Nutrition is an integral part of weight management and will be covered and talked about at each session.
